Privacy Policy

USRATI is a family-centred digital companion. This policy explains what information USRATI uses, why it is needed, how family data is shared, and the choices available to account holders.

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. Information used by USRATI

USRATI may process account information such as email address and display name; family profile information such as names, relationships, dates of birth and profile details; family routines, tasks, goals, progress and shared content; media you choose to add to Family Moments; prayer location or JAKIM zone settings; and subscription or entitlement information needed to provide USRATI+.

2. Why the information is used

The information is used to provide account access, synchronise family features across devices, apply family roles and permissions, provide reminders and prayer-time features, store Family Moments selected by you, restore purchases, enforce subscription limits, maintain security and provide support.

3. Local and cloud data

USRATI keeps a local cache on the device. When an account is signed in, selected family information is synchronised with secured cloud services so authorised family members can use shared features across devices. Media added to shared Family Moments may be uploaded to private family-scoped storage.

4. Family sharing

Information placed in shared family features can be visible to other members of the same family workspace according to their role and permissions. Account owners and administrators may manage certain family profiles and access settings.

5. Location and prayer settings

Location or prayer-zone information is used for prayer-time features. In Malaysia, USRATI prioritises official JAKIM prayer zone information where supported. USRATI does not use prayer location information for advertising.

6. Service providers

USRATI uses service providers necessary to operate the app. These include Supabase for authentication, database and private cloud storage; RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management; and Apple App Store or Google Play for store purchases and billing. These providers process information under their own applicable privacy terms.

7. Children and managed profiles

A parent, guardian or authorised family account holder is responsible for information entered for a managed child profile. Linked child accounts receive restricted family permissions. Parents and guardians should only provide information appropriate for the family features they choose to use.

8. Data retention and deletion

Account and family information is retained while needed to provide the service. An account holder can request deletion through Account & Security. If other family members remain, shared family information may continue as part of that family workspace. If the last eligible owner leaves, the family workspace may be deleted. Store transaction records may remain with Apple, Google or RevenueCat according to their legal and operational requirements.

9. Security

USRATI uses authenticated access, family-scoped permissions, row-level database security and private media storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their account credentials and devices.

10. Your choices

You can manage family profiles, revoke linked family access, change account credentials, remove local cached data and delete your USRATI account from the available account and privacy settings.

11. Updates and contact

This policy may be updated when USRATI features or legal requirements change. The latest version and support contact will also be made available through the official app listing and USRATI support channels.
