How do I create a family account?
When USRATI launches, you will be able to create a family account directly from the app. The person who creates the family becomes its owner and can then invite family members by access code.
How do I join my family's USRATI space?
Ask the family owner or administrator for the access code, then choose Join My Family on the sign-in screen and enter the code.
How do I reset my password?
Password reset will be available from the sign-in screen and through account settings. If you are locked out and cannot recover access, contact hello@usrati.my.
Where is my family's data stored?
USRATI keeps a local cache on the device. When signed in, selected family information is synchronised with secured cloud services so authorised family members can use shared features across devices. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
What happens to family data if one member deletes their account?
Shared family information remains part of the family workspace for remaining members. If the last eligible owner leaves, the family workspace may be deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do USRATI+ subscriptions work?
USRATI+ subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. Renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the applicable store rules. Deleting a USRATI account does not by itself cancel an active subscription.
How do I delete my account?
Account deletion is available from Account & Security within the app. Deletion may remove your linked profile, transfer family ownership where appropriate, or remove the family workspace when no eligible owner remains.
Does USRATI use my location for advertising?
No. Location or prayer-zone information is used only for prayer-time features. USRATI does not use prayer location information for advertising.
